El Camino’s Varsity Girls Soccer team, which had a 70% in-league win rate, is now going to playoffs. Having won five games, tied six and only lost once, the team stands second in the league behind Dixon. The defeat they took home was against Dixon, and their ties were spread among matches against Casa Roble, Sutter, Grant, Woodland, and Dixon.
Tonight, the varsity team will play against Oakmont for round one of the playoffs. Oakmont is currently 10-4 and ranked third in their league, making their win rate barely higher than EC’s. The game tonight will be taking place at Oakmont, starting at 6pm. The winner will progress to play against either Ripon or Livingston in the quarter finals.
